What am I actually buying?
Every product at H. Doucette Studio is a digital design asset — patterns, clipart elements, monogram letters, or a bundle of these — delivered as PNG, JPG, AI, and/or EPS files depending on the product. Nothing physical is shipped.
How do I get my files after I order?
You'll receive a download link by email once payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder if it doesn't show up right away.
What software do I need to open the files?
PNG and JPG files open in almost any image viewer, editor, or design tool. AI and EPS source files are built for Adobe Illustrator or another vector program that reads those formats. Check the product's Specifications section for the exact file types included before you buy.
Using what you buy
Can I use these for my business?
Yes — each purchase comes with a license for commercial use. The specifics of what's included and what isn't are on our Licensing page.
Can I resell or redistribute the files themselves?
No. You can use the artwork in your own products and projects, but the source files can't be resold, redistributed, or shared as standalone assets. Full details are on the Licensing page.
Refunds & support
What if my download doesn't work or looks wrong?
Email heather@hdoucette.com within 14 days and we'll resend the correct file or sort out the issue. Full terms are on our Refund Policy.
