Shipping policy

Every product sold by H. Doucette Studio is a digital download. Nothing is physically shipped, and we do not charge shipping fees.

**How delivery works**

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link by email so you can access your files right away. Most orders deliver within a few minutes of purchase.

**If your download doesn't arrive**

First, check your spam or promotions folder, since delivery emails sometimes land there. If you still don't see it within an hour of purchase, email heather@hdoucette.com with your order number and we'll make sure you get your files.

**Where you can access your files**

Digital products can be downloaded from anywhere with an internet connection. We recommend saving your files to a computer or cloud storage, since download links may expire after a period of time.
