Shipping policy

H. Doucette Studio offers digital downloads, physical prints, and services — delivery works differently for each.

Digital downloads

Digital products are not shipped. After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link by email so you can access your files right away, usually within a few minutes of purchase.

Printed items

Canvas prints are made to order. They're printed and shipped by our print-on-demand partner after you order, with tracking sent by email once it's on its way. Please allow extra time for production before it ships. Shipping times vary by destination.

Services

Services and retainer plans are not shipped. After checkout, we'll follow up by email within 1-2 business days to schedule your project or kickoff.

If something's missing

If your download doesn't arrive, first check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don't see it within an hour of purchase, or a print seems delayed, or a service follow-up hasn't happened, email heather@hdoucette.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Where you can access your files

Digital products can be downloaded from anywhere with an internet connection. We recommend saving your files to a computer or cloud storage, since download links may expire after a period of time.
