Cancellation policy

This policy applies to the Website Maintenance & SEO Retainer and any other subscription or monthly plan sold by H. Doucette Studio.

Billing

Subscription plans bill automatically each month on the anniversary of your first payment, until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to stop future charges. Email heather@hdoucette.com to cancel, and we'll confirm once it's processed. We do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing period once it has started.

Changes to your plan

To upgrade, downgrade, or pause a plan, contact heather@hdoucette.com and we'll help you make the change effective on your next billing cycle.
