The business grows and processes its own tea botanicals through what it calls an estate-grown process, sells small-batch loose-leaf tea and infused honey by season, and publishes a journal on herbal tea and seasonal living for its community. Running a real seasonal, market-facing business raises the same planning, pricing, and inventory questions that market vendors and homestead sellers deal with everywhere. The homestead and market-vendor tools in this collection were built from that same real-world experience.
