These Terms of Service govern your use of the H. Doucette Studio website and your purchase of any product or service from this store. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Our products and services
H. Doucette Studio offers digital design assets delivered by instant download, made-to-order physical prints produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, and hands-on website and design services, including one-time packages and monthly retainer plans.
Orders and pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
Subscriptions and retainers
Monthly retainer plans renew automatically and bill on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel a retainer at any time to stop future billing; see our Refund Policy for how cancellation affects the current billing period.
License to use purchased artwork
Purchasing a digital or printed artwork product gives you a license to use the artwork under the terms of the buyer license included with your order. You do not receive ownership or copyright of the artwork, and source files may not be resold, redistributed, or shared, as described in that license.
Services
Service engagements are scoped as described in the applicable listing at the time of purchase. We'll follow up after checkout to confirm timeline and next steps; changes to scope may affect price or timeline.
Intellectual property
All artwork, product images, and content on this site are the property of H. Doucette Studio / Heather Doucette and are protected by copyright. Except as expressly permitted under a product's buyer license, you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to use purchased artwork outside the scope of the applicable buyer license.
Disclaimer of warranties
This site and its products and services are provided "as is." We do our best to accurately represent our products and services, but we do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to your particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H. Doucette Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its products and services, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
