Like Studio Support, this retainer runs on Shopify's monthly subscription billing — your card is charged automatically each billing cycle for your selected plan, and you can change plans or cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

Investment: $100/month (Essential Care), $250/month (Growth), $500/month (Priority), or $1,000/month (Dedicated) — based on a $50/hour rate. Additional hours billed at $50/hour, always approved before work begins.
